2 eggs (beaten)
- Remove the sides of the bread.
- Flatten the bread using a roller pin.
- Layer the cheese and then the bacon on the bread.
- Roll the bread but make sure to apply a little pressure to maintain its shape.
- Dip the bread in the beaten eggs.
- Coat it evenly with bread crumbs.
- Deep fry. Low fire.
- Oh, use paper towels to absorb the excess oil (as usual). Serve. Eat. Enjoy! :)
